My Journey: Before I Knew I Was a Medium
My path to this work has been rich with growth, exploration, and joy. Long before I discovered my spiritual gifts, my life took shape in ways that laid the foundation for everything I am today. I was raised in rural Kentucky in a strict Methodist home — roots that shaped my values and nurtured a deep sense of wonder about life and connection.
Education has always played a meaningful role in my life. I earned my undergraduate degree from Western Kentucky University and went on to pursue a Master’s in International Business in Germany. While living abroad, I fell in love with language and culture — and today I’m proud to speak three languages: English, Spanish, and German.
Professionally, I spent years working in online marketing and at a university in Germany. These experiences taught me so much about communication, curiosity, and connecting authentically with people from all walks of life.
But the greatest turning point came when I truly began to understand my spiritual gift as a medium. It opened my heart in ways I never expected and brought deep meaning and fulfillment to my life.
Above all else, the greatest gift of my life is being a mom to my three incredible children. They are my greatest teachers, my joy, and the heart of everything I do.
Welcome — I’m so glad you’re here.

My Journey: A Messenger Between Realms
From a young age, I was gifted with second sight—a connection to the spiritual realm that often felt more like a burden than a blessing. As a child, I was visited nightly by the spirit of my grandmother, whom I’d never met but recognized from photographs. These encounters left me grieving and confused, unable to understand the thin veil separating the physical world from the spiritual one.
For the first thirty years of my life, I struggled with this ability. What others might see as extraordinary, I experienced as overwhelming and dark. In a world that didn’t understand me, I tried to suppress my gift, believing it to be a curse.
But life has a way of guiding us back to our truth. After enduring the depths of depression, I made a powerful choice—to heal. Through meditation, yoga, and prayer, I reconnected with the divine and began to understand the true nature of my abilities. No longer a curse, my second sight revealed itself as a sacred bridge between realms, a gift meant to bring healing, clarity, and light to others, a lighthouse.
Today, I am a spiritual guide and intuitive who has conducted thousands of sessions for others. I live in alignment with divine guidance, even when the path is uncertain. My mission is clear: to serve as a divine messenger, helping others find healing, meaning and connection in their own spiritual journeys.
At the heart of my work is a sacred invitation—The Table of Rachel Hope. This is more than a metaphor; it is a space of warmth and welcome, where guests are invited into the intimate parts of my life. Whether through stories of gardening, renovation, teaching, silliness, or transformation, I share what I love and learn. My table is a place to gather, to grow, and to experience the grace of being truly seen.
My journey is one of courage, healing, and service. In embracing my gifts, I have become a beacon for others, reminding us that even our most frightening truths can become the source of our deepest purpose. Welcome to my table, The Table of Rachel Hope.

My Love for Design & Transforming Spaces
Design isn’t just what I do — it’s who I am.
From the earliest days of living in less‑than‑inspiring rentals, I discovered the magic of transformation. While others saw peeling paint and dull walls, I saw potential. With a splash of paint, a thoughtful layout, and a keen eye, I could breathe life into any space. Those experiences taught me that great design doesn’t require perfection — it requires imagination, resourcefulness, and intention.
But my design philosophy didn’t stop at rentals.
Living in Europe for six years profoundly shaped the way I see the world — and the way I see spaces. Every cobblestone street, sun‑washed façade, and courtyard café became a lesson in balance, beauty, and purpose. I fell in love with architecture that tells a story, spaces that cultivate connection, and details that make everyday life more joyful.
And then there’s Italy — my constant muse.
In Italy, design is more than aesthetic; it’s a way of life. It’s the effortless elegance of a Venetian palazzo, the playful harmony of color in a Tuscan village, and the effortless rhythm between work and pleasure that the locals call la dolce vita. Here, I learned that great design isn’t just seen — it’s felt. It shapes how we live, how we move, how we breathe.
Today, I bring all of that inspiration to every project — big or small. Whether I’m reimagining a rental, curating a room, or envisioning a new space from the ground up, I do it with intention, curiosity, and heart.
Because I don’t just love design — I live it!
